15 Hours/Week. Monday through Friday. 12 weeks in length.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The maintenance program intern works with the Maintenance staff to assist with the general maintenance of our 11 story building.

INTERNSHIP BENEFITS

  • Self-motivated
  • Strong drive to learn and a willingness to receive constructive instructions and criticism.
  • Experience working with diverse populations preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the maintenance program intern is regularly required to talk or hear. The maintenance program intern is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The maintenance program intern is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and taste or smell. The maintenance program intern must lift and/or move 70 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
