Advocates are available the following hours in rotating shifts.

meals
Breakfast • 7:45am – 8:45am
Lunch • 11:45am – 12:45pm
Dinner • 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Meals will not be served outside these times.
COVID-19 Procedure: Please be in your room to accept meal delivery. Due to safety and health concerns we are unable to leave meals in rooms. At delivery, meals can be received by children over 6 years (the meals boxes are very hot and we don’t want little hands to get burned or hot liquid to spill on the kids).
overnight check-in
COVID-19 Procedure: Guests do NOT need to go to the lobby for nightly check in. Instead, Front Desk and Security Staff will randomly select rooms to check between 9:00pm and 10:30pm. Hennepin County still requires everyone on your voucher to stay in shelter every night.
room inspections
All Floors
Wednesdays • noon – 3:00pm
Housekeeping & Maintenance will enter and inspect for things in need of repair, verify rooms are clean (swept, mopped, no tape on walls or ceiling), safe (nothing hanging from sprinklers or water pipes), and ensure rooms are not attracting pests. Guests whose room fails inspection will have 24 hours to clean before the room is checked again.
Mops are available on 3rd floor at housekeeping. Trash is to be taken to main floor & emptied inside the trash room. Recyclables can also be deposited there (in the blue bin).
