Calls are answered Mon- Fri 8:30am – 9pm and weekends/holidays 1pm – 9pm.

If you are in need of shelter outside of these hours, call 211 at 651-291-0211 or leave a message for the shelter team. The Hennepin County Shelter Team is the first point of contact for the availability of rooms.
