Families Volunteering Together Event

Are you looking for ways to introduce volunteerism/philanthropy in your young children? To accommodate families who would like to volunteer at People Serving People, but whose children aren’t old enough for our standard volunteer opportunities, we twice-a-year offer Families Volunteering Together. At the event, children as young as five, supervised by a parent (grandparent, aunt, uncle, etc), can participate in some child-friendly volunteer activities. Registration fees help cover the cost of supplies. Volunteer activities at the event produce items for guests sheltering at or in programs provided by People Serving People.

Our January 27 event is sold out. Next event: likely July 2019. Click here to learn more.
