Important shelter information

People Serving People operates two shelter locations that have different front desk hours, meal times, resources, programs, and policies.

Please select your shelter below for the most up-to-date information for your location.

We’re here to support you

While you are a guest of our shelters, you can enjoy a wide variety of fun events for your children and your family. Our Advocates are here to support you and help connect you to housing and other resources for your family. Check out our list of community resources that can help you secure housing, food, employment, and more.

On-site Medical Clinic

Hennepin County Healthcare for the Homeless

Guests of both our Downtown Shelter and St. Anne’s Place can access the services of Hennepin County Healthcare for the Homeless.

The clinic, located onsite at the Downtown Shelter, is staffed by medical assistants, public health nurses, and nurse practitioners, and provides free basic care, including health screenings, physicals, vaccinations, and more.

CLINIC HOURS (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

Monday: 8 a.m. to Noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. to Noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. to Noon, 1 to 4 p.m., and 5 to 8 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. to Noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
Friday to Sunday: Closed
