Minnesota Twins Baseball Game and Pre-game Party

Entertainment by Musician,
Tim Mahoney
For the fifth year, People Serving People is proud to present Strike Out Homelessness in partnership with the Minnesota Twins on Friday, July 18. The event includes a pre-game party prior to the game. You and your family will enjoy a gourmet barbecue and the live music of Tim Mahoney at Picnic Pavilion, Gate D, outside the Metrodome. After the BBQ, cheer on the Minnesota Twins as they play the Texas Rangers. All proceeds will go to benefit People Serving People.
Last year, the event raised over $25,000 and was sponsored by The Minnesota Twins, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and Star Tribune. The pre-game barbecue was prepared by American Culinary Federation of Minneapolis and was sponsored by Bond & Devick Financial Network, Coordinated Business Systems and eMall at Walden University. Other event sponsors included Metro Transit, Cub Foods, Sysco Food, Reinhart Foods, Appert's Foodservice, Lakes to Lakes Marketing, Bob Longfield, Sheboygan Sausage Co., Rainbow Foods, US Foods, Whole Foods Market, Kemps Ice Cream, Famous Dave's, The Doubletree Hotel, and the Minneapolis chapter of the American Culinary Federation.
PSP would like to thank all of volunteers and sponsors for giving their time and financial support to make Strike Out Homelessness a continued success!
