Project Secure

Project Secure is a collaborative administered by Parents in Community Action (PICA). This service is available for children six weeks to five years of age, and is a comprehensive early childhood development program promoting the social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth of the child served. Children in Project Secure are bussed to the PICA Head Start facility each weekday and are assigned priority enrollment in the Head Start program in the community they choose to reside following their shelter stay. Registration and enrollments are Monday through Fridays at the Project Secure onsite office.
